This policy explains how EPR Worldwide processes personal data when you browse the site, join the waitlist, submit the contact form or use the price calculator.
03 · No advertising cookies
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies from third-party ad networks. We do not sell personal data.
04 · First-party analytics
We store cookieless pageview and calculator beacons on our own server (for example path, locale, approximate region, timestamp). Purpose: product improvement and traffic understanding. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, useful website).
05 · Locale
Language is chosen via the URL path. We do not set a locale preference cookie.
06 · Waitlist
If you join the data-product or registration waitlist, we store company name and email solely to contact you about launch access and fee-update notes. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. Data are not sold and are readable only by the site operator.
07 · Contact form
We store name, company, email and message so we can reply. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual / enquiry) or Art. 6(1)(f). Submissions are not sold or exposed via a public API.
08 · Technical logs
Export, API and form requests may log IP address and user agent for abuse prevention and security. Retention is limited to what is needed for that purpose.
09 · Hosting
The website is hosted on servers in the EU / EEA or with processors under appropriate safeguards. Processors act only on our instructions.
10 · Retention
Waitlist and contact data are kept until you ask for deletion or the purpose ends (for example after launch outreach). Analytics aggregates may be retained longer in anonymised or pseudonymised form.
11 · Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Germany typically the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz of your federal state; for NRW: LDI NRW).
