Many countries charge a registration fee or annual scheme minimum before any per-kg packaging tariff applies. Foreign distance sellers often need an authorised representative above a tonnage or turnover threshold.
Our fixed-costs table lists the public figures we could obtain logged out. “Not obtained” is not the same as zero.
