Statutory means a law, decree or designated body publishes one official grid that applies nationally (or for a named stream).
Market price means competing schemes set their own fees. We may show one published scheme sheet as a market reference — never as the national rate.
No tariff / quote-only means producers negotiate or use calculators with no static public €/kg table (Germany is the main example). Empty cells are intentional, not missing scrapes.
